The photo booth consists of two segments. This makes it easy to transport, even in smaller cars.
The booth is built using a welded aluminum frame and 2 mm aluminum panels – ensuring maximum durability during years of intensive use.
The side walls and front are made from a single sheet of aluminum – laser-cut and bent with CNC edge benders. This monolithic construction improves durability and aesthetics – no fragile, visible seams or joints on the edges.
Competing frames made of bolted aluminum profiles or furniture boards will eventually loosen and lose rigidity, requiring regular servicing.
Other metal constructions may also exist on the market, but often without an internal load-bearing frame and using only 1 mm thick panels – which results in poor durability.
Aluminum has natural heat dissipation properties – it's the same reason radiators are made of aluminum. Materials like plexiglass or furniture boards are poor thermal conductors, and without exhaust fans, they cause heat buildup inside the photo booth. This leads to overheating of internal components – camera, printer, and computer.
Except for the printer, our booth has no major heat sources. The computer is a modern unit with efficient cooling, and the photo booth light uses 12V LED tubes that generate minimal heat (you can touch them even after hours of use). Many other booths use CFL bulbs, which produce significant heat and have a weaker light output.
Mobility and ease of use
The booth is lightweight (~18 kg per segment with components), allowing anyone to move it with ease. Comfortable built-in handles on both parts allow for easy lifting – even without protective cases.
The compact dimensions (46×86×38 cm per segment) make the device ideal for transport – even if you don’t have a van.
The device can be packed with all accessories (printer media, props, green screen) into a small car. In wagons, it fits entirely in the trunk.

Lower compartment
The lower box provides storage space for printer media, camera bag, or prop transport.
A very practical feature is the printer drawer. Most photo booths on the market use dye-sublimation printers, which are heavy (e.g. Mitsubishi CP-M1E weighs 17.5 kg with media) and require media replacement only when powered on.
The drawer allows quick media replacement – even during an event, without interrupting the session. In models without a drawer, replacing paper requires stopping the session >> removing external tray >> unplugging printer >> pulling it out >> powering back on >> loading media >> waiting for calibration >> unplugging again >> reinserting printer >> reconnecting power >> reinstalling tray >> done...

Wheels
The booth's wheels are equipped with special locks that prevent rotation and movement.
Internal photo tray
To avoid damaging the external photo tray (included with the printer), an internal metal tray is used. It’s convenient, elegant, and holds many photos. It doesn't stick out, so there’s no risk of someone accidentally bumping or breaking it.
The outlet is located on the side (from the front: right-hand side). This allows guests to collect photos without interrupting the next session – unlike front-facing trays, where people tend to linger while viewing prints.
Additionally, the side-mounted printer position allows for quick paper replacement – no lifting or rotating the printer to open the cover.
Professional electrical installation
The booth features a fully integrated power system based on a central module located in the top section.
Thanks to feedback from users, we eliminated the external power socket on the side of the booth. Power is delivered from underneath the device – no external ports mean no risk of accidental unplugging or tripping during operation.
Inside the module is a complete electrical panel with surge protection, RCDs, fuses, a 12V power supply (for the LED lamp, coin acceptor, cooling), and the original Canon AC adapter (we do not use cheap alternatives).

Flash lighting
A flash lamp is available as an optional feature. It’s especially useful in venues where continuous light is not allowed or desired – such as dark clubs or when you want to apply light painting effects.
The SMOVE FBOX PRO supports four different flash configurations:
1. The simplest method – just raise the built-in flash on the camera. It has comparable power to E27 socket flash bulbs.
2. Our custom ring flash – featuring a 16 cm diameter tube with max 600Ws power. The flash generator provides up to 200Ws for headroom and extended lamp life.
3. External studio flash with beauty dish – mounted on the top plate of the photo booth.
4. Flash lamp integrated inside the booth body.
Custom branding wrap
A great way to personalize your booth's appearance is with a branded vinyl wrap. You can order this as an optional upgrade. The wrap is made from thick vinyl and protected with a transparent laminate. You can request a fully custom design or choose from our free templates (we’ll apply your logo, slogan, and contact info).
