Product availability
Next to each product you will find information describing when the products can be shipped by us - from 24 hours to several, sometimes even over a dozen days (for hard-to-find products or those we manufacture to order). We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website matches actual stock, but it may happen that the actual delivery time will be extended - we will inform you about this immediately.
If you order a larger number of products, the shipping time for the entire order is matched to the product with the longest shipping time. You can arrange for staged order fulfillment - for this, contact us or enter a suitable note in the order comments.

Delivery method
Courier package allows the order to be delivered usually within 1-2 business days from dispatch.
Courier pallet usually arrives to the customer within the declared 2 business days.
Poczta Polska usually delivers shipments within the declared 2 business days for priority parcels or 3-5 days for economy parcels.
Depending on the quantity and weight of the products you order, the selected payment method, and your preferences, you can choose one of the delivery methods:
- Fastest and safest:
Courier company - delivery is carried out by a professional DHL courier company. Choosing a courier means convenience and confidence that your order will arrive on time at a reasonable price. Additionally, you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can track the status of your shipment. - Cheapest:
Poczta Polska is the cheapest shipping option. Your order is delivered via Poczta Polska as a priority or economy parcel. - Easiest:
Personal pickup is the easiest way to collect ordered goods - we invite you to our headquarters at: Przemysłowa 14, 44-190 Knurów. The opening hours of the point can be found in the Contact section. With personal pickup, you do not incur any additional costs.

Note: the delivery cost may increase for products with non-standard dimensions and/or greater weight, of which you will be informed by phone, using the number provided earlier. If you do not accept the delivery costs, the order will be canceled without any charges.
In case of purchase with shipping, the photo booth is packed on a pallet and shipped by DHL courier with insurance for the full amount. We ship parcels throughout Europe.
Shipping costs for goods outside the borders of the Republic of Poland are determined individually with the Customer.
