We carry out a course on assembly, operation of the software, preparation of our own templates, basic camera and printer operation for each photobooth sold.

The training can take two forms:

  • in our headquarters - after receiving the purchased equipment,
  • in the case of shipping - online using remote desktop.

In addition, we provide a printed instruction manual containing information on all stages of assembly and photobooth components.

We provide 24/7 support. We never leave our clients alone with their device, even during an event!

Thanks to the TeamViewer remote support application, we can remotely connect to the photo booth and provide quick assistance.
